What happens after I submit?
We review your specification, usually within 4 business hours. If anything is unclear we ask before quoting, rather than after. You then receive a quotation with material, quantity, customization and delivery terms broken out separately.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available from 5 days for a fee plus freight, and the sample fee is refundable against a bulk order. Custom-branded samples may need artwork confirmation first.
What if I do not know the cylinder size or door type?
Leave it blank and upload a photo of the door instead. A photo with a ruler across the cylinder face is usually enough for us to identify the size and confirm fit.
How long does a quotation stay valid?
Validity is stated on the quotation itself, because material and freight move. If it has expired, ask and it will be reissued against the current position rather than the old one.
Can you quote several models side by side?
Yes, and it is often the quickest way to decide. Send the door types and the quantities and each option is carried on its own line so they can be compared directly rather than in sequence.
Do you need our full unit list before you can quote?
No. A count per door type is enough to produce a quotation. The full unit list is needed later, when the keying plan is drawn rather than when the price is set.
